Who is responsible?
Wattlet AS, Gudbrandsdalsvegen 194, 2619 Lillehammer, Norway, operates this website (poe-sea.be). The messages of the contact form are sent by e-mail to LiFi Solutions ASBL, who will answer you.
LiFi Solutions ASBL has been supporting Belgian schools towards a better controlled digital education since 2021, and is the exclusive partner of PoE-Tic in Belgium.
The contact form
When you write to us, we receive your name, your school or municipality, your e-mail address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. The message is sent by e-mail to LiFi Solutions ASBL and is not stored in a database on the website.
We use these data only to answer you and to follow up your request, on the basis of your request and of our legitimate interest. We delete the e-mails when they are no longer needed for the follow-up, and we never sell or share them for marketing.
Statistics of the visits
To improve the sites, we count the visits ourselves, without cookies: the page, the time, the page you came from, your browser, your IP address and its country, how long you stay on the page and how far you scroll. These data are not shared with anybody and are deleted after 30 days; only the number of visits per day is kept. This is based on our legitimate interest.
Cookies
consent remembers your answer to the cookie question, for 90 days if you accept and 1 day if you refuse. A session cookie protects the contact form against robots and is deleted when you close the browser. The language of the page is given by its address, without a cookie.
If you accept the cookies, vid, a random visitor id, is stored for 90 days: it shows us how visitors go from page to page in our statistics of the visits. It is deleted if you refuse.
Statistics of visits (Google Analytics), when they are used, are only loaded if you accept the cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the link Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
The PoE-Sea cloud service
The cloud service at frontend.poe-sea.no, where the schools log in, has its own user accounts. It stores the events of the equipment (switches, switching on and off, technical status) and no data about the pupils.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to their processing, by writing to us with the contact form. If you think your data are processed in a wrong way, you can complain to the data protection authority (APD / GBA).
